• Parcels are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of payment. Attention: We do not ship without payment.
• All orders are accepted only in writing (e-mail) or through registration on the Internet page.
• The buyer is obliged to indicate in the order the address to which the goods should be delivered if this address differs from the address indicated in the invoice. If no delivery address is specified, the Seller delivers the goods to the address indicated on the invoice. All risks of delivery are at the expense of the Buyer.
• If the buyer does not accept the parcel with the ordered goods, then the parcel is returned to the Seller. Return transportation and all risks of returning products to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer at his own expense. In case of loss, damage, and damage to the goods, the Buyer is obliged to compensate for the value of the goods indicated in the application or invoice.
• Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the conformity of the delivered goods with the order. It is also necessary to check the status of the delivered goods

If the Buyer picks up the goods by self-pickup from the Seller's warehouse, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer after loading and / or transfer of the goods to the Buyer. The risk of damage and loss of the goods during transportation lies with the Buyer. The Seller will not accept claims for mechanical damage to the goods.

In case of a delay in delivery, you will be informed about this by e-mail or by phone specified in the application for the purchase of goods.

Delivery of goods across Poland is carried out through the courier company TNT. The calculation of the cost of delivery is made in the program, depending on the weight and size of the package. The total cost of transport will be indicated in the order basket when purchasing from our online store. The delivery time of the goods is carried out in accordance with the standards of the courier service.

Special conditions for delivery by courier may be associated with the changing situation of the coronavirus, and the introduction of adjustments by the delivery service.
