- European Delivery (Raben): Optimal solution for EU countries, the UK, and Eastern Europe. Clear timelines, stable transport, secure logistics.
- International Delivery (DHL): Express delivery worldwide. Costs and timelines are calculated individually upon receiving your address and company details.
- Self-Pickup: Available for all customers. Date and time are arranged individually via email.
Order and Shipment Process
- Request a Quote: To calculate delivery cost and timeline (Raben or DHL), send your inquiry to globexim.pl@gmail.com, providing the exact delivery address and company details.
- Shipment: Goods are dispatched within 24 hours (business days) after receiving 100% prepayment.
- Tracking: Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, we will provide a tracking number for online monitoring.

Important Delivery Terms
- Accurate Address: The Buyer is responsible for providing the correct address. If not specified, shipment is made to the invoice address.
- Parcel Inspection: Upon receipt, you must check the packaging condition. In case of damage, a report must be filed with the courier on-site.
- Risk Transfer: Risk transfers to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier.
- Non-Receipt: If the Buyer refuses delivery without valid reason, return costs are borne by the Buyer.
